Gardens with tickets
- Japanese Garden Ogród Japoński: a garden laid out for the 1913 Centennial Exhibition, inside Szczytnicki Park. Paid, and closed in winter.

Botanical Garden Ogród Botaniczny: the University of Wrocław's garden, founded in 1811, with gates on Sienkiewicza Street and on Kanonia Street on Ostrów Tumski. Paid, and closed in the evening.
Parks
- Szczytnicki Park More than 100 hectares, begun in 1783 as a prince's garden. The Centennial Hall, the Japanese Garden and a wooden church stand in it.
- Copernicus Park Park Kopernika, also the Old Town Garden: a fenced strip of park on the line of the old moat, between Świdnicka Street and Księdza Piotra Skargi Street, beside the puppet theatre. Closed at night.

Park Południowy Southern Park: a landscape park of about 25 hectares in Borek, between Powstańców Śląskich and Sudecka streets, laid out in the second half of the 19th century on land given to the city by the merchant Julius Schottländer. Its centre is a pond with a viewing terrace.

Old Town Promenade Promenada Staromiejska: the walk along the old city moat, laid out from 1813 after the fortifications came down. Copernicus Park and the Sakwowy bastion are on it.
